I cannot recommend this supplier. While the communication was very friendly and helpful at the beginning, it turned into a complete disaster later on. Everything went smoothly until I made the payment — after that, I received no further responses, and the package was delivered four weeks late. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was ignored and told that there were unforeseeable issues. If that's the case, then one shouldn't promise to meet a specific delivery time in advance. The quality of the product is also rather mediocre — combined with the disastrous customer service and no willingness to make up for the massive delay, this is a clear no-go for us. Never again.

We made the products that met the customer's requirements and promptly arranged the corresponding transportation methods. The goods have been dispatched to the customer with the logistics tracking number, so the situations you mentioned are all untrue. Please don't distort the facts.
